OSEO sofaris, subsidiary of OSEO bdpme, guarantees long and medium-term loans, and equipement and real estate lease-purchase loans over 2 years in duration taken out with financial institutions.

Fonds Régional de Garantie Midi-Pyrenees: the Midi-Pyrenees regional guarantee fund can guarantee long and medium-term loans, and lease-purchase loans over 2 years in duration taken out with financial institutions. This foundation can operate alone, or as co-guarantor with OSEO sofaris. It can provide support (outside Metropolitan Toulouse) particularly for industries, industry services, small-scale artisan production, the hotel sector, and to those starting, inheriting and taking over businesses. The cumulated guarantee can cover up to 80% of borrowings.
