If you create jobs, or have an innovative approach in the social field, you may be eligible for certain financial aid programs including:

FRIE (Regional fund for employment innovation) - This program is intended to assist companies of less than 50 employees which run innovative approaches in the social field.

CFN (New post creation) - This program can help a company to add specialized executive skills in a field which is necessary for its development.

FRAEX (Regional export fund) - The purpose of this fund is to support the creation or reinforcement of an export service.

PRCE (Regional grant for job creation): in certain zones, the Midi-Pyrenees Regional Council supports the creation of jobs in companies which are implementing a structuring investment program.

PAT "companies providing services to industry”. This grant is awarded by the central government to companies which provide services to the industrial sector. This grant is calculated according to the company's size, location and the number of jobs created.

FRED (The Foundation for Restructuring Defense Industries). The FRED mission is to provide support to individual companies, or collective initiatives by groups of companies, with job-creation and economic development projects in those areas affected by restructuring in the Defense sector. FRED actions follow the same procedures and qualifications as those of the "CFN" - New post creation - (see above). It can also finance open-ended, or long term, job-creation schemes where three or more jobs are created during the program that it supports.
