When Cegetel first located here in 1998, the ANPE developed an innovative method for recruiting tele-operators.

By concentrating on the aptitudes needed to fill a position, rather than on an applicant's diplomas or professional experience, ANPE helps companies recruit locally. This method, which also helps to reduce turnover, is applied throughout the Midi-Pyrenees region.

→ Atelys in Montauban : a specialized ANPE team :
200 resumes received, 150 applicants called for tests, 130 responded,
28 jobs filled thanks to these tests and 12 direct recruitments by the ANPE in 2005.

→ Vitalicom in Tarbes : 200 recruitments in 2000, 1,300 resumes received, 800 interviews in less than two months.

→ In 2005, SFR Service Client (formerly-Cegetel) maintained 750 jobs :
1,250 people recruited since August 1998. 10,500 applications processed, 4,500 tests, 1,500 interviews.
In 2005, SFR Service Client had one of the lowest turnover rates for the group in France.

In April 2006, a subsidiary of IFB, which has now joined the Arkerys group, inaugured its new call center in Montauban with 40 telemarketers.
This new establishment adheres to a strategy decides on in 2001, to create a platform of call centers for real estate operations and asset management consulting.
