Midi-Pyrenees strong points

The regions offer significant advantages as a real alternative to outsourcing abroad.

Consequently, Midi-Pyrenees ranks 2nd among French regions , according to a study by AFRC-SECA 2005. The recent choice of a site at Carmaux in the Tarn for the directory assistance call center "118 218 LE NUMERO", inspite of a prior location in Marocco illustrates this well.

Midi-Pyrenees offers a real "call-center culture", and since the beginning of such operations, the region has welcomed all types and sizes of call centers in different employment zones and for a wide range of operations (telephony, telemarketing, transport, mail order, online training, etc.)

This dynamics relies espacially on the presence of the major names in integration which constantly develop new solutions and valorize technology transfer from our research centers: Telindus, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Steria, Nortel Networks, Dynetcom, NextiraOne, IBM, France Télécom, Altran

Atelys chose our medium-size cities

Atelys, present in Toulouse, Tarbes, Albi, Figeac, Varilhes and Montauban, is a subsidiary of the Arkerys telemarketing group, a leader in property management.

By de-centralizing its sites throughout Midi-Pyrenees, Atelys is providing call centers on a human scale.

"We looked at two possibilities, either an extension of our existing site in Toulouse, or the creation of new centers in France or abroad. Finally we decided to set up in medium-size cities in Midi-Pyrenees, and today we are very pleased with this choice.

Midi-Pyrenees is equipped also with tertiary and high-speed infrastructures meeting company requirements for quick response in client relations. Likewise, its network of medium-sized cities offers an excellent solution to the problem of recruiting in large urban areas such as Paris, where personnel turnover exceeds 50% per year.
